Job Description
Spectrum Systems, Inc., a growing software and services provider located in Fairfax VA, has an exciting position for candidates possessing strong interpersonal skills and a desire to develop, build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts and strategic partners. Your strong people skills and technical understanding will aid you in expanding our presence within the federal, state, and local space. Working with and in support of our existing sales and marketing teams, you will generate revenue, provide value to our partners, and support and expand our customer base.

Position Responsibilities

• Relationship development with assigned accounts and partners
• Proactive calling and pipeline management
• Generate sales leads, qualify opportunities, and work with sales to close them
• Support our partners throughout the sales cycle
• Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets and forecasts, marketing events, call campaigns, etc.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information to our clients in a timely manner
• Establish schedules and dedicated calling times for each specific task
• Work closely with Marketing and follow-up on potential leads
• Work with Marketing and specified Suppliers to coordinate and implement call campaigns
• Conduct self and business activities with highest standard of ethical practice
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Experience

• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, written and oral communication skills
• Highly proficient level of computer skills including CRM Systems, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent Command of the English language
• Excellent telephone etiquette and demeanor
• Excellent time management skills
• Highly energetic and self starter
• Customer service oriented with the knack for building quick rapport
• Excellent Listening and interpersonal skills
• College Degree preferred but not required depending on experience
