Job Description
Spectrum Systems, Inc. is seeking talented, ambitious consultants with demonstrated expertise in Mercury tools.  This position will assess as-is business processes and document system requirements for implementation in Mercury ITG Suite.  Follow-on efforts will include implementation of workflow, requests, portlets, reports, etc. with the tool.

Project management/technical team leadership skills to oversee long term enterprise implementation desired.

Experience
This position requires:

• Mercury ITG experience - 3+ years experience as consultant/engineer, must have experience developing complex workflow, portlets, custom reports, etc.
• Mercury certification(s) a strong plus.
• Requirements Mgmt/Quality Assurance certifications a plus.
• Strong Word, Visio, Excel experience.
• Ability to accurately estimate Mercury ITG task implementation efforts.
• Strong technical/business implementer/team lead/project manager desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communications a must.
• Strong Oracle, SQL, and JSP required.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass basic background check

Educational Requirements
Degree or equivalent highly desirable
