Job Description
Spectrum Systems, Inc. is seeking talented, ambitious consultants with demonstrated expertise in Mercury tools.  Position will implement business process enhancements, portlets, and custom reports for executive business support to a federal agency. Candidate must be able to update documentation to support implementations (4 to 6 weeks).  Follow-on efforts may include implementation of workflow, requests, portlets, reports, etc. with the tool. (6 months +)

Experience
This position requires:

• Mercury ITG experience - 3+ years experience as consultant/engineer, must have experience developing complex workflow, portlets, custom reports, etc.
• Mercury certification(s) a strong plus.
• Prior federal experience desired.
• Must have strong ability to use Word, Visio, Excel to document updates - must support Word styles, reference links, embedded screenshots, etc.
• Ability to accurately estimate Mercury ITG task implementation efforts.
• Strong technical/business ITG workflow implementer with business background desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communications a must.
• Strong Oracle, SQL, and JSP required.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass basic background check

Educational Requirements
Degree or equivalent highly desirable
