Martin Burke Joins Spectrum Systems as Executive Vice President

Fairfax, Virginia, April 28, 2006 - Spectrum Systems, Inc. today announced that Martin Burke has joined us as Executive Vice President. Mr. Burke will work directly with our CEO to refine and implement overall corporate direction and strategy to aggressively grow both the product and technical service lines of business as well as lead all sales, business development, capture management and marketing.

Formerly a VP of Business Development, CFO and CEO, Mr. Burke holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from NYU and a JD from New York Law School. Recognized by Crains New York Business newspaper as one of the top 40 executives in New York, he also serves on the Board of Directors of George Mason University and was a member of the United Nations Business Council.
