Spectrum Systems Awarded DOD ESI Agreement to Offer Mercury

Spectrum Systems and Mercury BTO Enterprise™ provide DoD
customers a solution that automates and integrates the strategic
points between business and technology to ensure that IT investments
produce the intended outcome.
Fairfax, Virginia, March 24, 2006 - Fairfax-based Spectrum
Systems, Inc., a leading provider of systems and application
lifecycle solutions to the Government, has established an Enterprise
Agreement with the
Defense Logistics Agency, on behalf of the DoD Enterprise
Software Initiative (ESI), offering the full line of
Mercury BTO Enterprise solutions.
The Enterprise Software Initiative is a joint DoD project to develop
and implement a DoD enterprise process for software procurement that
supports the objectives of improving information sharing and saving
money. This Agreement is open for ordering by all Department of
Defense (DoD) Components, the U. S. Coast Guard, the Intelligence
Community and authorized Defense contractors.
DoD customers using Mercury BTO enterprise solutions can govern
their portfolio of IT investments and projects and maximize the
quality, performance, and availability of their applications.
Mercury BTO solutions improve IT results while reducing the number
of project failures, cost overruns, and compliance breakdowns.
Mercury’s excellence in integrated software, services, and best
