Spectrum Systems' Ronald Segal to Serve on New GSA Council
Fairfax, VA - September 26, 2003 - Spectrum Systems is pleased to announce that Ronald Segal has been
selected by GSA to serve on the new General Services Administration
(GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Information Technology Industry
Government Council (ITIGC). As part of the IT Acquisition Center at
GSA FSS, the ITIGC's mission is to support and facilitate growth with
the evolving GSA Schedules Program between government and
private-sector. The goal of the Council is to apply knowledge, partner
perspectives, ideas and advice to the IT Center's director and senior
GSA management on how to make the IT Center more efficient and reduce
the costs to government and industry. Some of the other companies that
will be represented on the Council include Dell, Northrop Grumman,
EDS, CDWG, SAIC and IBM. The Council is holding its first meeting in
November.
