GSA Schedule Will Offer Federal Agencies Ease Of Purchasing Tools to Manage and Develop Highly Efficient Web Sites and Web Services

FAIRFAX, VA – May 30, 2001 – Spectrum Systems, Inc. announced today that Mercury Interactive Corporation’s (Nasdaq: MERQ) enterprise testing and performance management solutions have been added to Spectrum’s GSA/FSS Information Technology Schedule (GS-35F-5192G).
