Spectrum Systems establishes partnership with Telelogic® to increase the business value and longevity of its Government IT customers’ software investment

Telelogic solutions are added to Spectrum Systems’ GSA Schedule creating a comprehensive application lifecycle management offering in response to customers’ efforts to align strategic business objectives with IT

Fairfax, VA and Irvine, CA – December 7, 2005 – Spectrum Systems, Inc., a leading provider of systems and application lifecycle solutions to the government, announced today a partnership with Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange: TLOG), to offer solutions for automating and supporting best practices across the enterprise, on Spectrum Systems’ General Services Administration/Federal Supply Service (GSA/FSS) Schedule (GS-35F-5192G). The GSA schedule is a government wide procurement contract that combines “fair and reasonable” pricing with ease of procurement for a multitude of products and services.

The partnership will provide federal agencies with the tools, best practices and expertise that will assist them in the execution and delivery of critical systems, while meeting the increasing requirements of the President’s Management Agenda. Featuring state-of-the-art functionality and high levels of automation and integration, Telelogic's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions can help agencies improve communication and collaboration by increasing information sharing, making their IT and engineering projects more likely to succeed.

“For almost 20 years, Spectrum has provided effective, cost saving technology solutions that address the critical IT needs of government and commercial customers. The addition of the Telelogic software suite enables us to provide our customers with more options to design, deploy and deliver their critical systems in less time and within budget,” said Spectrum’s President and CEO, Ronald Segal. "The Telelogic products integrate with products that we offer from other leading manufacturers such as Mercury and Embarcadero, providing a total solution with one Purchase Order and increasing the business value and longevity of our clients’ software investment.”

"We are delighted to be entering into this partnership agreement with Spectrum Systems, Inc.,” said Scott Raskin, COO, Telelogic AB. "This agreement is an endorsement of Telelogic’s strategic support for our government and defense customers and will provide significant benefits to both parties. It will enable Spectrum Systems, Inc. to leverage Telelogic´s leading ALM solution and market leadership in diverse markets such as military/aerospace, while Telelogic will gain increased visibility among new and existing customers seeking solutions to effectively align strategic business objectives.”

Spectrum Systems will work with the Telelogic Government Solutions sales force to service customer accounts and work hand and hand to place the Telelogic solution in new accounts.
