Spectrum Systems’ technical staff can provide you with the required configuration services to support the manufacturer’s repair and replacement policies. This maintenance function results in less downtime for you due to our policy backups and experience configuring firewalls.

Event Log Retention and Retrieval
The retention of event log information can become vital if your network is attacked. You will need evidence should you determine that legal action is necessary. With SpectrumGuard, event log information is retained for 45 days and is utilized by our security experts to further research specific events as well as provide limited forensic information.

Periodic Vulnerability Assessments
The answer to a secure network does not stop at the implementation of security hardware and software. It requires continued assessments, technical expertise and management. Spectrum Systems’ technical staff will provide unlimited vulnerability assessments and analysis to ensure that the firewall security policy has not been compromised and that no new vulnerabilities have been introduced due to an OS upgrade or network reconfiguration.
